SPADSPAS is the combination of Drotaverine and Mefenamic Acid Tablets that treat abdominal pain, muscle pain, migraine headache, heavy bleeding during periods, renal colic pain, functional bowel disorders, dysmenorrhea, and pain after surgery.

Drotaverine improves discomfort caused by IBS, headaches, menstrual periods, and cervical spasms after delivery.
