Trypsin an enzyme . An enzyme a protein that speeds up certain biochemical reaction . Trypsinis found in the small intestine .Trypsin can also be made  from fungus , plants and bacteria, but trypsin is usually made for commercial purposes from the pancreas of limestock . Trypsin and chymotrypsin  are produced by the pancreas and play  an important role in the digestion  of dietary proteins. Trypsin cleaves proteins and polypeptides at lysime and arginine  residues, while chymotropsin  acts  on large hydrophobic residues , such as tryptophan , tyrosine and phenyalamine . Diclophenac used to relieve pain , swelling ( inflammation ) and joint stiffness caused by arthiritis . Reducing these symptoms helps you do more of your normal daily activities . Diclofenac known as a non-steroidal   anti-inflammatory ( Nsiad) drug  used to treat pain associated with condition s like gout , Migraine Rheumatoid  Arthrities,  sprains of muscle and joints and in  mild to moderate fever in some cases . Trypsin  a medium size globular protein that function as a pancreatic serine protease. Trypsin  formed  in the small intestine when its  proenzyme form , the trypsinogen produced by the pancreas, is activated . Trypsin cleaves peptide chains  mainly at the carboxyl side of the amino acids lysine or arginine except when lysine or arginine , except  when either is followed by proline. Trypsin  used for numerous biotechnological process . Chymotrypsin  is a digestive enzyme  synthesized in the pancreas that plays an essential role in proteolysis or the  breakdown   of proteins and polypeptides , Chymotrypsin aids in the digestion of proteins in the duodenum by preferentially cleaving peptide amide bonds. Diclofenac works by blocking the actions  of a substances in the body called cyclo-oxygenase  (cox) . Diclofenac blocks the production of these prostaglandins and this redces inflammation and pain . Paracetamol well-known medicines tha`s commonly used to relieve pain and bring down fever .
